Essential Responsibilities; In this role, you'll be expected to:

• Handle all preparation requirements before and during the service, including setting up tables and polishing cutlery.

• Prepare orders such as drinks and snacks as needed.
• Serve at parties and receptions when necessary.
• Handle payment transactions and complete closure paperwork as required.
• Provide attentive and efficient service to guests for all their food and beverage needs.
• Handle reservations, liaising with the supervisor and hostess/host for special guest requests.
• Carry out cleaning tasks during and after service.
• Ensure all guest areas are immaculately maintained.
• Attend departmental meetings as needed.

• Contribute ideas for service and operational improvement.
• Understand and utilize the software in the F&B outlets for order processing.
