Job Summary:
The Millennium Plaza in Doha, Qatar is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Front Desk Agent. The candidate will play a crucial role in our guest satisfaction, ensuring a welcoming, seamless, and memorable stay. This role involves a wide range of tasks including checking in/out guests, handling guest requests, promoting MSC enrollments, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Adhere to and enforce the department's standard operating procedures to ensure smooth operations.
2. Track and prepare for VIP arrivals for the day and the following day, ensuring all special needs are catered to.
3. Arrange and manage the provision of amenities for all VIP guests to elevate their experience.
4. Promote MSC enrollments within the team and encourage enrollment of all arrivals to achieve set targets.
5. Oversee the timely and accurate updating of guest profiles, ensuring a high standard of data management and privacy.
6. Conduct courtesy calls to in-house guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction, maintaining a record of all calls.
7. Assist in general Front Desk operations as needed, including guest check-in/check-out, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
2. Fully conversant with hotel PMS (Property Management System).
3. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests, team members, and management.
4. Familiarity with standard operating procedures and protocols in hotel management.
5. Proficient in managing tasks and maintaining orderliness in a high-speed setting.
6. Flexible availability, including the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
7. Proficiency in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
